Product Details
+An evocative scallop shell serves as the basis for the design of a 15k gold padlock and locket. One side embellished with cobalt blue enamel, the other with French blue. Between these channels, hand engraving swirls and swoops its way throughout. The front in lighter blue displays a shield shaped gold area with the initials, H.B.C. lightly engraved.
The lid lifts and beneath is a locket filled with a plait of braided hair in an oval formation. Its frame is also heavily patterned with added engraved details, it clicks shut and opens with ease.
The padlock's top arc of gold pushes open and closed to complete the circle for a 9k gold wide sensuous snake link chain. Smooth and uninterrupted, the ends are a geometrically faceted gold loop with safety chain.
All dating to circa 1860, it will fit most any wrist.
